Wish It! Description – When the world shut down in 2020 and their parents were called to the NHS frontlines, five spirited siblings were sent to ride out lockdown with their eccentric relatives by the coast. But what begins as a quiet, confusing spring turns into something extraordinary when they stumble upon It, a glittering, wisecracking drag queen with a flair for fabulousness and a gift for granting wishes.
Together with It and their fabulous entourage, the children dive into a world of wonder that offers more than just escape, it offers the chance to explore who they are and what truly matters.
Full of heart, humour, and sequins, “Wish It!” is a joyful reimagining of the classic, “Five Children and It”, celebrating individuality, resilience, and the magic of being true to yourself.
Show dates are Monday 7, Tuesday 8, Thursday 10 and Friday 11 July 25. Taking place at PAC Theatre, Queen Anne’s School, 6 Henley Road, Reading, Berkshire, RG4 6DX.
