OTTRA is a residents group dedicated to the improvement of the local area. The area covered is the lower part of Oak Tree Road in Tilehurst, although we welcome any local residents.
In recent years we have planted spring bulbs in our roads, campaigned for speeding to be controlled and actively reported any local issues to appropriate authorities.
