News from: University of Reading
The University of Reading is currently undertaking a research study looking at changes in memory and thinking in healthy older adults. They are interested in subjective cognitive impairment, which is defined as the self-reported experience on worsening cognitive abilities such as memory and thinking, without any difficulties being evident on objective tests of memory and thinking.
The university wants to investigate the most useful way to ask someone about changes in their everyday memory and thinking, and the best way to identify someone with impairment that might signal a significant change in brain health. Participants will be asked to complete several questionnaires regarding their sleep, mood and their own views on their memory. They are looking for healthy people aged 50-80 years old.
Please find a participant information sheet below for those who may be interested.
