Community-led research project launched

News from: Reading Voluntary Action

Reading Voluntary Action (RVA) is working in partnership with Slough CVS, the University of Reading and the British Science Association in a community led research pilot. Community led research can create change and bring attention to important issues that matter to your community or organisation.

Our researchers would like to speak informally to the communities and community groups you represent to find out which local issues would benefit from some research. This could then lead to funded community research projects.

Please get in touch with Azra, RVA’s Inclusion manager on azra.raja@rva.org.uk to find out more and arrange meetings with our researchers in January and February.

For more information about the pilot including support and funding (from April 2023) please see The British Science Association website www.britishscienceassociation.org.
