Nominations for The King’s Award for Voluntary Service 2025 are now open. This is the highest award given to volunteer groups across the UK and is the equivalent to an MBE.
A list of all the past winners in Berkshire can be downloaded here. There are many more fantastic organisations and groups across the county, doing amazing work who deserve to be recognised.

-have been in operation for at least three years before nomination
-have over half its volunteers eligible to reside in the UK
-be led by volunteers, not by paid staff; over half its members should be volunteers
-provide a specific and direct benefit to the local community.
Nominations close on Sunday 1 December 2024.
